Best band in the world called Strike percussion

On Wednesday the 9th of April I had a band come to my school. They were called Strike Percussion. They came all the way from Wellington which is a long way from Waimate! First they introduced themselves. Their names are Biscuit, Mufasa and Captain Frigglepuss. My favourite part was when Mr Burt one of the teachers at my school and my principal Mr Jury played the drums. It was a competition and Mr Burt won. The show was awesome I hope they can come next year!

school production

School production At Waimate Centennial school we're practising for our school production. It's about how Waimate was built. The song my whanau group's doing is Strawberry Avalanche. This story is about Joe the Kakapo by Janet Martin. He is a smart little Kakapo. He lives in Codfish Island at the bottom of NZ. He is a native bird in NZ. His family is nearly extinct. He can't fly.

One day I went shopping. On the way there I saw a frog. Finally I got to the shop. I got a delicious corn. When I got home I found a request. It said please make the corn for me in this special sauce pan that talks. I need to hide! What if it eats me...?

My big holiday

On the first of September me, my dad, my brother and my dad's new girlfriend are going to San Diego and Disneyland for 6 days. We get to go to Harry Potter world, lego world and under water world.
In San Diego we get to go to the zoo. My dad said we get to have tea at a really nice restaurant.
