The best thing in the holidays was going on the big boat. There were movise and drinks and food. We saw a dolphin. We went to Wellington. A car almost hit me. I went to the Beehive.

The best thing about the holidays was going to Aimee's house to stay the night.When I first got to Aimee's house I showed her my new MGP. She said it was awesome. My Mum and Dad went home. Then Aimee showed me her Easter eggs. We saw Polar, and he was scared when he first saw me. Aimee's dad put the mattress in the place were I slept. Aimee and I watched some of Pirates of the Caribean then we watched some of Robots. We got to play the Ipad before bed. Aimee's mum came in  and told us to go to bed so we went to bed. Polar was meowing. Aimee got him in with me then she came in. Polar was scratching at my legs.

 On sunday the 22/4/2012 we went to Hook Beach. We took the new beach shelter. When we got there we took out all the things for fishing. We took the fishing to the bottom of the beach. Dad hooked some sharks and I got to reel some in. Then Dad hooked something then Dad gave me the rod. As I reeled the fish in the fish floated up in the surf. Dad said "It's a red cod." When I got it in I ripped a slice of its fin with the pliers. It made a crunch then the fish slid down the slope into the water by itself.

Josiah's holiday

In the holidays the best thing was going to Balclutha.It took us ages to get there.At lunch time we stopped in Dunedin and went to the Maridan
mall.I had subway for lunch.When we got to Balclutha we went to nana and grandads
house.My cousin Jayden was there.Next I went outside and rode my scooter.
Then I went inside and played on the computer,I played cool math games and
watched fred on youtube.

In the holiday I went to the lolly shop with my Grandad and then we went home. We had  lunch and after lunch we had some of my Grandad's birthday cake. We went to the gardens and home. My Grandad went home to Dunedin.

The best thing about the holidays was when I saw my Mum.
My little brother and Nana and Grandad and Himona picked me and Jack up to take
us to Oamaru. We went to see Mum at her work. Then Himona asked if we
wanted to go tenpinbowling. I said yes but my brother said no. So we didn't go. So we went to Himona's house.  
    

Ben's holiday

The best thing in the holidays was going to Hamner. I went on the water slide and I saw Reece there. I went on the superbowl. We stayed there for 5 days. 

Thomas' holidays

in the holidays I went to Oamaru swimming pool and I saw Aidan there.  Aidan and I went to the spa. It was really hot. We went on the diving board. It was fun. After that we went to the spa again and then we went home.

Bailey's holidays

The worst thing in the holidays was when I got chocolate because a mouse ate it but he didn't eat all of it.
He only ate a jaffa egg but the jaffas were all right because they were in a little bag.
And the other thing that I did not like was when my Dad went to Stewart island because Dad and I do
really cool stuff in the holidays like riding the motorbikes and playing with the slug gun.
