Silver's Remember summer poem

Remember the ice cold water at the Waimate pool on New Year’s Eve?
Remember when we touched the freezing raspberry slushy on that hot summer’s day?
That was summer.

Remember when I ran across the boiling hot squishy sand at the beach on the shore line?
Remember when I squirted you freezing water with ice in it out of the water gun?
That was summer.

Do you remember when you scared me on that really hot day from behind the curtain when I was walking through the door?
Remember the gooey fish swimming around in the sea, touching our legs?

That was summer.
